TickEncounter Prevention Partnership Application

To become a Prevention Partner, your business or organization must complete and mail TERC a membership application form along with any associated partnership fee. Alternatively, you can use the online form below to submit an application to become a partner, and send your partnership fee in separately. We accept checks made out to the University of Rhode Island.
